This is the first product with all the Vit B's that I've come across. Added to that, are Vit D3, ashwagandha, choline and panac ginseng - everything my body needs to help repair my damaged nerves. I am so impressed with how well it works - I have been able to cut fown on pain medication; I sleep better and have more energy. I can recommend it 200%!
I started taking Realign a month ago. I started eating mindfully, very little carbs, but ate protein and good fats. 1 tablet in am and 1 in the evening.
